Chapter 8
The Wheel Wobble Theory
Provide quality of goods and services
Rule three has two elements:
- quality of product or service, and
- quality of team members which I call the business culture
Quality of product or service speaks for itself.
All businesses should seek to improve their products and services at a cost acceptable to their clients.
The business culture and the weak link theory are intertwined. The easiest way to understand the business culture is by remembering the weak link theorLikey. The business is a collection of team members who bind together with a shared vision for the good of the business. a chain, the business is only as good as its weakest link.
Total Quality Management is creating a business culture which supports continuous improvements in the work process to produce quality service and products which satisfy the clients' needs.
This philosophy is about changing the attitude of 'near enough is good enough'.

- Creating a business culture.
- Focusing on clients.
