    Training

    Wearne & Co has a robust training program to turbo charge your career. Training is provided regularly with both internal and external speakers. Topics vary from tax, to auditing, accounting standards and software training. This is indicative of the range of experiences you will be exposed to.

    The Directors regularly participate in Q&A sessions where all levels of professional staff participate in a ‘free for all’ question time about a specific topic that are beyond what would be taught in their professional qualification. A recent Q&A session was chaired by the managing director who provided a unique insight on purchasing or selling a business. Sessions like this broadens the commercial acumen of our staff by leveraging the Directors’ extensive experiences in the practical and commercial problems faced by our clients.

    As training is an integral part of the quality of the service we provide, financial support and study leave are available for our staff who are undertaking their professional qualifications or their continued professional development.

    Wearne & Co does not actively market our services in the media and our organic growth is predominantly based on word of mouth. As a result, we are able to attract high quality clients who enjoy working with us.
